Colleen serves as the Lead Client Service Representative and Medical Assistant at the Animal Care Center of Polaris. She has her Master’s degree in Biology from Western Illinois University along with over 25 years experience working with domestic and exotic animals. Colleen is passionate about providing exceptional and compassionate customer service to clients and their beloved pets, to foster genuine and positive interactions.

Outside of work, Colleen stays busy with her husband and three children on their 15-acre farm tending to their many furry and feathered animals which include numerous cats, dogs, parrots, ravens, emus and chickens. She loves spending as much time outdoors as possible, with the goal of traveling to as many different state parks and nature preserves across the country as she can.
